Membership
All membership registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Events, Cancellation or Curtailment
If the event does not open on any day or if it closes before the stated entry time
on the tickets, the original purchaser of those tickets will be refunded with the
amount paid for the tickets. The maximum refund payable will be the face value
of the tickets for the day concerned.
Goods
Goods may be returned within 15 days. A full refund will be issued from cleared
funds. Please contact us prior to returning any products purchased on-line to
determine and confirm credit eligibility at refund@famela.net |
